Reply. 31 Jan 2017 Switch to Mobile Data by going to Settings and turn off Wi-Fi, and turn on Mobile Most Android apps do support the most common photo file types, but not Some apps, such as Save My SMS, will assist with downloading and saving pics. Problem 2: Cannot Download Attachments Via Various Apps. Scroll down to Multimedia message (MMS) Settings section and turn off Next time you view the message, the message will display a download button.

To test, please try to send an MMS using your Android stock messaging application (WiFi ON and Mobile Data Note: Verizon does not support MMS over WiFi.
